Biographical sketch: Claudine has considerable experience in child welfare, organizational development and program management. At MSU she oversees a budget of $1.2 million in addition to supervising a professional staff charged with providing training to workers of the Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS) in the northern counties of New Jersey. Prior Ms. Chiarmonte was the Director of CONCERN Employee Assistant Program (EAP) at Atlantic Health-Morristown Memorial Hospital in Morristown. NJ.  She has developed and taught several courses on adoption and is on the advisory council for a Post Graduate Certificate on Adoption Studies.

Biographical Sketch: Prior to MSU, Adrienne served as a Project Manager at UMDNJ in the Preventative Medicine & Community Department; as training and recruitment consultant for Gateway Maternal & Child Network in Newark, providing support for the NJ Immunization Information System (NJIIS); and as a Quality Improvement consultant for the Pediatric Council for Research and Education (PCORE) in Trenton. She has presented at two CDC sponsored National Immunization conferences and has published “Using a Registry to Improve Immunization” in the July 2006 Pediatric Annals.

Biographical Sketch: Sharon originally joined the NJCWTP team as a part time Training Consultant.  She holds a master’s degree in Social Work. She most recently served as Program Director at Essex County Youth Case Management Program at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.  Ms. Turley developed the program’s infrastructure while managing supervisors and case managers who served children and adolescents and their families, with emotional and behavioral health care challenges. She has over 20 years as a corporate trainer and manager at AT&T working on projects such as Organizational Change, Cultural Diversity, and Employee Engagement.

Biographical Sketch: Barbara originally joined the NJCWTP team as a part time Training Consultant.  She holds master’s degrees in Social Work and Pastoral Studies.  With over 20 years experience in child and family education, her areas of interest include child sexual abuse and international social work and child welfare.  She most recently served as Adoption Coordinator at Harvest of Hope Family Services, Inc. in Somerset, and in a prior position served as New Jersey Area Director for Downey Side, Inc., a full service adoption agency located in Point Pleasant Beach.  She has also been an adjunct professor at Monmouth University.

Biographical Sketch: Mathew holds a Master's degree in counseling and student affairs in higher education. He helped assist in the writing/ research of a 1.7 million dollar federally funded grant as a graduate assistant and intern for Montclair State University. He currently provides computer software and hardware support for the various initiatives of NJCWTP.

Miguel Rodriguez is enrolled in the Business Administration (MBA) graduate program. He will be working with the NJCWTP beginning September 3, 2008. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from MSU. He is interested in issues of social justice, has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity in Bergen County, and has helped with the organization, Samaritan's Purse, Operation Christmas Child to send Christmas gifts to less fortunate children around the world. In addition, he teaches Sunday school at his congregation and enjoys spending his spare time reading, watching TV and hiking with his dog, Coco. Miguel is also engage to Katharina Warth and are planning a Spring 09 wedding.
