The Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders is pleased to announce that we have moved to a new location approximately 2 miles from the main campus at 1515 Broad Street in Bloomfield. This beautiful new 40,000 square foot facility houses our faculty and staff offices, ten classrooms and seminar rooms and ten research laboratories for faculty and students in the audiology doctoral and speech-language pathology masters programs. In addition, there is a state-of-the-art Center for Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology. The center includes two sound suites for diagnostic audiology testing as well as rooms dedicated to evoked potentials testing, vestibular testing and fitting of hearing aids and other assistive devices. There are also ten individual rooms for speech and language therapy and four group therapy rooms equipped with streaming digital video to capture each session and enable clinical staff to observe therapy remotely. We invite you to visit us in our new home and take advantage of our academic programs and clinical services.
