An occasional extra weak syllable is permitted at the end of a line:

An occasional extra weak syllable is permitted at the beginning of a line:

This meter is also permitted (notice the variation at the front):

Breaking the rules:
Aside from the variations listed above, you are also allowed to deviate
from iambic pentameter in 2 lines (no more than 2),
but you still must have exactly 5 heavy stresses in those deviations.
